About Us

Crossing Borders is the creative partnership between Korbin from Michigan, USA, and Warren from Ottawa, CA. Introduced through a mutual friend on Discord, their shared passion for music quickly turned into a lasting collaboration. With a sound rooted in hypnotic, euphoric beats, they’ve been creating tracks that reflect their unique vision ever since.

With four singles already released, and more waiting in the wings

Crossing Borders thrives on both remote collaboration and in-person meetups. When they do come together, any space—from professional studios to makeshift setups—becomes a creative playground.

Their shared love of travel and exploration plays a big role in their work. Whenever they meet, they document their journeys on film, blending cinematic visuals with the music they create along the way. Every trip becomes a travel documentary, soundtracked by their own productions.

In May 2023, the duo met up in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, recording a 4-track EP in a makeshift studio during the night and capturing the stunning scenery during the day with drones and cinema cameras. This blend of music and visuals is at the heart of their creative vision.

Outside of Crossing Borders, Korbin and Warren run their own creative media businesses, offering services like web design, photography, audio engineering, and video production. Their ability to collaborate goes beyond music, pushing the boundaries of what they offer their clients.

Looking ahead, Crossing Borders is eager to find a label that resonates with their sound and vision. While their music draws deeply from Anjunadeep, they’re equally inspired by Monstercat Silk, Purified, This Never Happened, Anjunadeep Explorations, Colorize, and other labels that push the boundaries of electronic music.

"Let your connection to the world, nature, and the people around you inspire the wonders within yourself."
